The following information is what we submit to the App Store Connect "App Privacy" section. Apple displays this as a "Privacy Nutrition Label" on the App Store listing.

Data is not sold. wellB does not sell personal data to third parties. Data shared with service providers is subject to strict contractual restrictions on use.
All data transmitted between the app and our servers is encrypted using TLS/HTTPS.
Data stored on our servers is encrypted using AES-256 encryption.
You may request deletion of your data at any time through the app or by emailing privacy@wellb.ai.
Our security practices are reviewed regularly through internal audits and third-party assessments.
Both Apple and Google require apps to provide a way for users to request data deletion. Here's how to do it with wellB:
Send a deletion request to privacy@wellb.ai with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Some data may be retained for a limited period as required by law (e.g., financial records). See our Privacy Policy Section 4 for retention details.
wellB shares data with the following categories of service providers only to the extent necessary to operate the app:
Secure hosting and data storage (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud)
Anonymized usage analytics to improve the app (e.g., Firebase)
Error and crash data to maintain stability (e.g., Sentry, Firebase Crashlytics)
In-app subscription billing (Apple App Store / Google Play Billing)
Support ticket management (limited data, ticket content only)
wellB does not share your data with advertising networks, data brokers, or any third party for marketing purposes.
